Anestesia cierra el cartel del IV Dimetal Fest, su concierto será encajado el sábado 29 de septiembre en el Escenario Lemmy, donde también están encajados The Faithless, Auritz, Crisix y Angelus Apatrida, así como la romería con Ezten Giro que pondrá el broche de oro al festival.
